Send us an e-mail with your requested dates and someone will call you back to discuss your party, or phone us at (773) 472-7889. You must pay a deposit to hold the date, and you will need to fill out and sign our contract agreement.

A 10% deposit is required to hold the date, half the payment must be received within three months of the event, and full payment is due 45 days before the event.

A credit card number or check for the deposit amount with your signed agreement will hold your desired date.

Your rental balance is due 45 days before your game date, payable by check or credit card. All fees are subject to amusement tax.

On the day of game, please arrive no earlier than one half hour (30 minutes) before the game, and enter throught the front door. A doorman will be there with a list of the names for your group. Please provide us with a list of the names for your group AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. Lists may be faxed, mailed, e-mailed or hand delivered by someone in your group to Brixen Ivy.
