Jared DePasquale – General Manager
As an east-coaster, Jared joining Brixen Ivy Rooftop is an unlikely story. In 2003 when the New York Yankees came to Wrigley Field, Jared was invited to the Brixen Ivy Rooftop to see the Yankees play the Cubs. Jared’s honesty and integrity made an impression on the owner and he was hired to work the next game. Nine years later, Jared is overseeing the daily operations of the Brixen Ivy Wrigley Cubs Rooftop and looking forward to one day seeing the New York Yankees play the Chicago Cubs in The World Series. Before joining the Brixen Ivy Wrigley Cubs Rooftop team, Jared was a professional composer and studio guitarist. He has composed and conducted the music scores for over 20 films and has played guitar on over 1,000 records and commercials. As first impressions will show you, Jared is a passionate leader whose goal is excellence. Nothing gives him greater satisfaction than knowing the guests at Brixen Ivy Rooftop enjoyed themselves, felt valued, and plan to return. Give Jared a call to reserve Brixen Ivy for Chicago Cubs Rooftop Tickets! |

John Joppek – Assistant Manager
John is a native of Indiana and has lived in Chicago for 14 years, but his love of the Cubs runs deep. We’ve heard rumors of John crying while in his mothers womb over a Cubs loss. This might be why John is such a perfect fit here at Brixen Ivy. Not only does John have a passion for the Cubs, but he also brings a 19 year history of restaurant and service experience. John holds a BA in Hospitality Tourism and Management from Purdue University. In his free time, John enjoys playing golf, basketball, riding his electric skateboard to work and cheering for the Bears as a season ticket holder. |

Meghan Terwelp – Server
Until recently, you wouldn’t have called Meghan an avid sports fan. Instead, you would call her a big fan of the arts. Dreaming of the bright lights of Chicago, Meghan moved here after college to pursue her love of dance. She became a member of the Brixen Ivy Wrigley Cubs Rooftop team and couldn’t be happier, calling baseball her favorite sport and the Cubbies her favorite team! Currently, she is a member of Inaside Chicago Dance, a contemporary jazz company. Meghan is also touring the US with a musical production company. |

Courtney Boxwell – Server
Courtney is originally from Colorado but has lived in Chicago since a weekend visit 8 years ago. An actress and stand-up comedian, she’s starred in several commercials and can be seen on stage from time to time. If you’re a tourist in Chicago, you may have caught her entertaining the crowd as the emcee at the Beer Garden at Navy Pier this past summer. But if you’re a local you can usually find her at Brixen Ivy, behind the bar making people laugh. |

Kylie Benson: Server
Unlike most children who receive the standard, “Oh, the Places You’ll Go” Dr. Seuss book from friends or relatives upon their birth, Kylie received a book highlighting all the important facts about Chicago Cubs. Needless to say Cubs blood was embedded into her before she was even born. Constantly being on the move Kylie traveled to Colorado to pursue her passion for education and received her Bachelor’s Degree at Colorado State University. Of course, being loyal to her homegrown roots she moved back to the glorious state of Illinois upon graduation and landed in the City of Chicago, where she is currently working for Chicago Public Schools as a Paraprofessional, while working towards her Master’s Degree in Special Education. Brixen Ivy brings a joy and delight to her summer breaks as she enjoys the friendly environment of her coworkers, beautiful scenery (aka Wrigley Field), and the company of her customers. |

Jose’ Quinones – Brixen Ivy Personal Chef
Jose’ has been cooking professionally for over 30 years. He has lived in Chicago since he was 2 years old and has been a Cubs fan since 1965. Personally, his favorite meal is Pork Chops and Bananas… but don’t worry, he won’t be serving that on game day! Jose’ is thankful for his great friends and the new friends he meets every home game at Brixen Ivy. |
